CYBER SLIMES SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of order being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or on Public Holidays. If we are experiencing high volumes or orders, there may be a few days delay in shipment. Note: we are not responsible for delays that occur during transit.
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We offer our customers shipping protection at the time of purchase. If a customer selects this option, Cyber Slimes will offer customers protectoin from damage, loss or theft during shipping. This applies from the moment an order leaves the Cyber Slimes warehouse, up until the moment it is delivered to a customer's address. We do not cover theft if a parcel is left on your doorstep via the shipping courier.
STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer Australia-wide free shipping* on all orders over $75, and $10 flat rate for domestic orders under $75.
EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer Australia-wide free express shipping** on all orders over $200, and $18 flat rate for domestic orders under $200.
CARRIER AND DELIVERY TIME WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders.
For an estimated delivery time, use this handy Australia Post Delivery Date Calculator. In the 'From' section enter: BAYSWATER VIC 3153, then your own postcode and suburb in 'To'.
Within Australia delivery for standard parcels takes 2-8 days. Express Post items typically are delivered between 1-4 days depending on your location across Australia.
Delays in transit may occur due to postal processing errors, network congestion, weather conditions and more.
SHIPMENTS TO PO BOX ADDRESSES
Cyber Slimes ships to all addresses within Australian states and territories, as long as they are a confirmed Australia Post delivery point.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent one your order has been shipped and will contain your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active through the tracking portal within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Currently we only shop to New Zealand and Canada. We apologise for any inconvenience.

STANDARD SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA (WORLDWIDE)
We offer worldwide free shipping*** on all orders over $150AUD, and reduced rates for worldwide orders under $150AUD. Rates calculated at check-out.
CARRIER AND DELIVERY TIME OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA (WORLDWIDE)
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders.

Typically shipping times range from 10-25 days but can vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
Delays in transit may occur due to postal processing errors, network congestion, weather conditions and more.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Cyber Slimes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after the point of the order being placed. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc). These fees are dependent on country location and jurisdiction.
DAMAGES
Cyber Slimes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and managed goods before filing a claim. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@cyberslimes.com.au immediately.
INCORRECT ADDRESS GIVEN ON CUSTOMER'S BEHALF
Cyber Slimes will ship all orders to the address entered by the customer. Cyber Slimes are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address if it was given by the customer. The customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate.
