Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in our slime! We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do!

Due to the nature of our products, and for hygenic reasons, refunds are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened.

This Refunds Policy is applicable for all items purchased from Cyber Slimes and must meet the below requirements. The window for refunds is 30 days from the recorded delivery date. No refunds are issued beyond 30 days after the delivery date.

Please read the following:

REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

Note: there are exclusions that may apply and dealt with on a case-by-case scenario. In many cases we will endeavour to replace the items when an error hasa been made (dependeing on stock availability, or issue a refund back to the method of payment).

  • Your order arrives broken.
  • Your order was not delivered, and verified missing by the parcel delivery service.
  • The order you received was incorrect.

Where a refund is agreed to be processed, postage will be paid for by Cyber Slimes (by issuing a return parcel label), with no cost to the customer for postage.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  • Change of mind.
  • No longer in need of the product.
  • Deciding to cancel an order post-shipment.
  • Texture of the slime is not to the customer's liking as texxture preerence is subjective.
  • Scent preference of the slime as scents are subjective to the customer. 
  • Sensitivity to product as a result of contents of slime (including fragrances, perfume, or other household products such as body lotion, borax powder or PVA glue). Discontinue use if any irritation.
  • Slime is over-activated by the customer, or the customer adds/does something to the slime that we do not advise to do.
  • Slime is under activated and customer refuses to activate the slime as per the instrucitons provided.
  • Customer accidentally places an order and informs us after the order has shipped.
  • Order being delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address provided by the customer during purchase check-out.
  • Slime develops mould as a result from not being played in accordance with the care instructions. Dity hands and surfaces will cause mould to develop on your slime.
  • Shipping delays caused by the shipping company's logistical processes. We are unable to control delivery times once an item leaves our facilities.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • No picture/video proof of defective product.

 

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a majorproblem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would ahve stopped someone from buying the item if thery had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is signficantly different from the ample or description
  • doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase for any assistance.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
